Commute, is a live performance work which focuses on power and spatial authority. Focusing on experiences of corporeality in public space, the pair of bodies begin the act of over-riding each others actions or gestures in order to assert and obtain bodily dominance. Without spoken language coming into play, the individual gestures flow into one another and soon the bodies begin to choreographically intertwine. — organising themselves into the surrounding space.
